COVID - Employee Information
Many UW-La Crosse employees have been working remotely and continue to return to on-site workspaces. The health, safety, and well-being of our entire campus community, including our faculty and staff, continues to be the top priority.
Policies, procedures, and expectations related to workplace safety and our return to campus continue to change as new information comes to light, and as Public Health Guidelines change. The COVID-19 Workplace Health & Safety Policy will be updated as needed.
You may continue to learn more in real-time as information becomes available at the university's COVID-19 Information page.

On-campus testing for COVID-19 is for our student population. Employees should consult their primary medical care provider for information on how and where to receive a COVID-19 test.
If an employee receives a call from a medical professional/contact tracer or believes they may have been in substantial contact or exposed, the employee should consult their primary medical care provider and with their supervisor to determine if self-quarantine is appropriate.

Eagles Return - Chair/Supervisor Information
Employees are encouraged to limit non-essential, personal travel.
If an employee decides to travel, they are encouraged to review the U.S. Department of State travel website and the CDC travel advisory website prior to travel for the latest travel guidance.
Employees should discuss travel outside of the La Crosse area with their supervisors. Employees traveling to a higher risk area may be asked to self-isolate or quarantine for 14 days upon their return depending on the situation.
Contact Human Resources for additional guidance.
