Helpful information on virtual Academic Advising.

Instructors should focus primarily on PRO@ feedback that goes directly to the student. However, Navigate allows instructors and advisors to issue ad hoc alerts in the system. If an instructor/advisor wishes to flag a concern regarding a student (that will not go to the student), they can enter an ad hoc alert.  Search for a student, and on the right hand side of the student’s page you’ll see “Issue an Alert” under “Current Alerts”. Keep in mind this is for academic concerns only – for non-academic concerns, please contact student life.  As with PRO alerts, ad-hoc alerts are reviewed by Academic Affairs.
