The technologies that ATS supports are WebEx, Mediasite and Jabber. If you need assistance with Canvas Kaltura (MyMedia), please contact CATL. You can open a ticket with the Eagle Help Desk to receive assistance from either department.

Because of its integration with the UWL directory it is an excellent platform to communicate with your UWL colleagues.||Jabber is an extension of your campus office telephone. It is available as an app for for your smartphone or iPad.||Collaborate Ultra is a tool integrated in Canvas. It provides a way to create synchronous video rooms in a Canvas course. This tool is supported by CATL.|
