Brief biography

Originally from Venezuela, my experience with international education began when I studied English as a second language in the UK for several years. During my undergraduate studies, I also participated in a faculty-lead study abroad and service-learning program, which reiterated my passion for international education. I have worked in this field for over five years. My career goal is to continue supporting international education in the U.S. by providing education abroad opportunities and high-quality services to both domestic and international students. I am very passionate about diversity and inclusion, and partake as much as I can in the local culture every time I travel anywhere in the world. Some of the places I have visited are England, Scotland, Spain, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Amsterdam, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and Mexico.

My motto: We are only as diverse and inclusive as we choose to be!
