There are numerous areas throughout the REC that have weight training equipment.  In addition to the strength center room the upper level track has 5 areas for strength / fitness training.

1)  Cardio area with 25 elliptical machines, 4 Steppers, 2 rowers, 5 non-motorized treadmills, 5 motorized treadmills, and 10 bikes
2)  An Abs and Core area 
3)  A strength training circuit, multi-station trainer, 5 Curve Treadmills, and 2 Air Assaults
4)  200 meter track

In addition to equipment the Strength Center provides programming opportunities through individualized and partner personal training, fitness reviews, and fitness assessments.

The Strength Center is complete with Olympic lifting platforms, racks, bumper plates , the Olympic lifting areas are a monitored, controlled space by Staff
