TYPES OF PERSONAL TRAINING

 1 on 1 Training

This format provides the most individualized attention and customization one can get. Whether you're looking to get stronger, faster or slimmer we will match you with a trainer who possesses the experience to help you reach your goals and is available to train when you need them. Through assessments, your program will be custom designed and implemented using sound training principles. You're in this together, our trainers will not only help motivate you but will also share their knowledge teach you skills that will build technical efficiency and confidence.

1 on 2 Training

This format allows for workout partners to work side by side with a trainer. Partner training has all the benefits of 1 on 1 but your individual needs will be addressed through a combined training program. This format is a fun and motivating way to reach your goals at an affordable rate.

As a personal trainer, I wish for the best in my clients to help them reach their personal goals. I know how it feels to struggle with consistency and achieving goals, and I am willing to put in my 110% to help you. I specialize in bodybuilding style training and powerlifting. I have competed in men’s physique, and I am a current competitor in USA Powerlifting. I am also a certified Olympic weightlifting coach, and I can teach fundamentals in the snatch and clean & jerk. I focus on meticulous science-based training applications designed to get you true results in physique and strength. I also like to utilize some physical therapy principles to incorporate corrective exercises from time to time. I am here to be your friend, mentor, and coach, and I am willing to take things one step at a time. I am here to create life-long healthy habits and not simply provide training.

I like to read and watch a lot of anime (yes, really). I enjoy powerlifting and bodybuilding; I hope to compete again in both soon. When I am not lifting, studying, or watching TV, I enjoy hanging out with my two guinea pigs.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
As a personal trainer, I inspire, educate, and hold my clients accountable so that they may begin or move forward in their lifelong wellness journey. I strive to educate my clients as much as possible as a trainer, so they will have the ability to take the reigns to their training. My training style is centered around many compound barbell movements to encourage my clients to build a solid strength base and work towards their individual goals from there. My goal with each training session is to help my clients become stronger, smarter, and more structured individuals inside and outside of the gym. Let’s get after it together!

I hope to educate my clients about proper form and techniques. As well as create a safe and productive environment to train in. My goal is to share my passion in exercise and make training a fun experience!

In my free time, I enjoy working out, whether it be some form of cardio or strength/hypertrophy training. A goal of mine would be to compete in a natural bodybuilding completion.
