The Summer Assistant (SA) is an important part of our summer staff. The Office of Residence Life will host a variety of camps and conferences and will also house summer school students. The SA position is a combination of the Resident Assistant (assisting residents, building community, and enforcing policies) and the Conference Assistant (preparing the hall for a camp/conference, providing overnight duty coverage, and assisting camp/conference staff as needed) positions. Most importantly, the SA provides positive customer service to all who stay in our halls during the summer. The SA will work on a team of approximately 10 SAs.
