Front desk services

Some front desk services have been changed for the 2020-21 academic year due to COVID-19. Please check out the COVID-19 FAQ section for more information.

Desks are located in the front lobby of each residence hall. They are open the following hours:

Sunday through Thursday, noon to midnight
Friday and Saturday, noon to 2 a.m.

Check the LaundryView website for availability of washers and dryers in the laundry room.

If a problem occurs with a laundry machine (i.e. swiped your card, money accepted, but machine did not work), you can request a refund by completing the form below:

Laundry refunds are credited to your campus cash.

Mail service expanding section

Due to COVID-19, mail services are no longer at the front desk of each residence hall. Please see the dropdown menu "Eagle Mail Center" for more information. 

Security, emergency assistance, and lock-outs expanding section

If you need to find a Hall Director, RA, or emergency personnel, the front desk staff can help you. They will also be able to assist you if you are locked out of your room.

We encourage you to bring your own vacuum.
