Accounting tutors are available to all students that need assistance with ACC 221 and ACC 222. For questions regarding the accounting tutor hours, please contact the Accountancy Department Chair, Dr. Maas wmass@uwlax.edu

Brett Zielke
Major: Accountancy
Minor: Information Systems
About Me: I am a senior and intend to graduate from UWL with 150 credit hours in order to take the CPA exam, which I will start next summer. After graduation, I will begin working for Deloitte & Touche as an Audit & Assurance Staff Associate in Milwaukee. Outside of accounting, I enjoy watching professional sports and playing some team sports myself, spending time on the water, and I take pleasure in traveling, as I’m aiming to visit Europe next spring!
Advice: Meet as many people as you can and apply yourself to the many opportunities that college has to offer! It’s a great way to expand your network and broaden your horizons both socially and for your career.

About Me: I am originally from Oswego, Illinois (a suburb of Chicago). I am currently a sophomore planning to finish with 150 credits and take my CPA. For this upcoming summer I will be interning for Organic Valley where I will work with the Credit Risk and Cash Application team. Outside of accounting I enjoy working out, watching football and basketball, and going to concerts (I’m a huge swiftie)
Advice: Try to be as involved as possible, join clubs, meet new people, and connect with professors. Take advantage of everything that UWL has to offer and just make the best out of college.
