Canvas User Guide

In the interest of public health, the Teacher Education Council of State Colleges and Universities (TECSCU) is offering the Annual Fall Meeting 2021 in a virtual format. Although we are not able to be with one another in person, we are pleased that we can utilize technology to share, learn and grow with one another.

  • This virtual/online event will utilize Canvas for the online event platform
  • Zoom will be the video conferencing tool for scheduled presentations
  • Registered attendees will receive instructions to access the Canvas online platform on October 19. If you do not receive instructions by October 22, please inform us via email at ex@uwlax.edu
To access the 2021 TECSCU Annual Fall Meeting, you will need the following:
 
  • Internet connection
  • One of the following internet-connected devices:
    • Desktop
    • Laptop computer
    • Tablet or mobile device with the Zoom app installed
  • Audio output (either speaker or headset) to hear the video presentations
  • Audio input (microphone) to contribute
  • You don't need a Zoom account, but having the app installed on your device will make your experience easier
