Whova
The 68th Annual WAGS Conference will utilize Whova as our virtual conference platform. You can access the event login page using a browser. If you prefer to download the Whova app to a mobile device, you can access it here:
- Note: if you haven't used Whova before and do not have an account, follow the prompts on the login page to create an account.
- Attendees registered after noon on March 18 will be added to the event within one business day.

Virtual Backgrounds
Show your WAGS spirit by using one of the provided virtual backgrounds during the Zoom sessions. You may also choose to use a virtual background that represents your institution. Using a virtual background is optional.
To use a WAGS background:
- Click on the appropriate background.
- Then, right click on the image to save to your computer.
- Next, upload the image to Zoom. This video explains how to upload the image to Zoom.
