WAGS is contracted with University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Graduate & Extended Learning to provide conference services. Communication regarding WAGS membership and the annual conference will come directly from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Graduate & Extended Learning.

Group Registration Instructions

Step 1: Click the "Group Registration" button

Navigate to the conference registration page.
If your email address is not recognized, select Create a New Account and complete all required fields, including setting a password.

Step 2: Purchase a Group Package

Choose the group package you want (e.g., 5-pack or 10-pack) and complete checkout.

Step 3: Locate Your Discount Code

After checkout, open your confirmation email and find your discount code. You will use this code to register additional attendees.

Step 4: Register Additional Attendees

You may either:

  • Share the discount code with others so they can register themselves, or
  • Log in to your account, go to the My Account tab, and select Register Another Individual for the Same Event to register attendees on their behalf.

Step 5: Enter Attendee Information

For each attendee:

  • Select Individual as the registrant type
  • Choose WAGS Member or Non-Member
  • Enter the discount code during registration

Be sure to share the email address and password created for each attendee so they can log in and review their registration.

Important Notes

  • Purchasing a group package does not automatically register the purchaser as an attendee. If you plan to attend, you must register yourself separately using the discount code.
  • To register more attendees than your package includes (more than 5 for a 5-pack or more than 10 for a 10-pack), select the WAGS Member Add-On registrant type.
