Registration includes: Conference registration fees are all-inclusive and cover: opening reception, lunches on M,T, breakfast and snack breaks on M,T,W, access to vendors and participation in all poster, plenary and roundtable sessions. *Note: 3MT participants should register using the link provided by the 3MT coordinator. 3MT participants are invited to attend Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning sessions at no cost. Should the student wish to attend for a longer duration, they must register at the student rate. |

WAGS Conference cancellation policy
Substitutions are welcome. A full refund, less $100 processing fee is available up to March 2, 2025; no refunds will be provided thereafter. Cancellations can be submitted in writing to: ex@uwlax.edu.

WAGS is contracted with University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Graduate & Extended Learning to provide conference services. Communication regarding WAGS membership and the annual conference will come directly from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Graduate & Extended Learning.
