Conference registration

Each attendee's paid conference registration include a complimentary registration for one student from your institution; instructions to register the student are provided in the confirmation email sent upon registration. You may register an additional student (more students than you have paying attendees) for $25 per additional student. Please contact ex@uwlax.edu to request this option.

Conference registration fees are all-inclusive and cover:
- Full access to the virtual conference platform including desktop and mobile apps.
- Breakout sessions, keynote speakers, cultural presentations, and more!
- Access to our vendors and special virtual networking events.
WAGS Conference cancellation policy
Substitutions are welcome. A full refund, less $25* processing fee per registration, is available up to two weeks prior to the event, no refunds thereafter. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ex@uwlax.edu.
*If a package registration is cancelled, a cancellation fee is applied to each registration purchased in the package. For example, a 5-person package will incur a cancellation fee of $125.
Privacy Policy
Registration implies permission for photos, marketing and inclusion in a participant list, unless you notify Graduate & Extended Learning in writing prior to the program: ex@uwlax.edu. Your information may be shared with 3rd parties associated with this program. Please review our Graduate & Extended Learning full Privacy Statement​.
WAGS is contracted with University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Graduate & Extended Learning to provide conference services. Communication regarding WAGS membership and the annual conference will come directly from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Graduate & Extended Learning.
