Permits for 2014-15 are available for pick up at Parking and Transportation Service during office hours. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Students arriving to campus outside these hours should make advance arrangements or use a pay station.
Valid photo ID is required. Permits cannot be mailed.
Resident student permits are on sale and selling out. Limited parking is available in R-1 only through March 1, 2015. R-1 is scheduled for construction in March. The special permits, valid only through March 1 or until construction begins, are sold at a prorated rate.
Commuter parking spaces remain available to students, faculty, and staff on the street and in C-7. Students should only purchase a commuter permit if they do not live on campus. Overnight parking with a commuter permit is prohibited. The Wimberly lot (C-6) is not available due to construction of the new student center. Fewer permits are available for the Cowley lot (C-3) because construction equipment will be staged in the lot.
Permit holders for C-14, C-4, the Health Science Center, Evening (second and third shift), P, and A received a follow-up email with instructions to purchase a permit for next year. These permits are not available online so follow the instructions in the email.
Rates for 2014-15 are listed below. A valid NetID is required to purchase a permit online, or students, faculty, and staff may stop by the office. Students may pay by student bill, cash, check, or credit card. Faculty and staff may pay by payroll deduction, cash, check, or credit card.
