The Photography Minor
The 24 credit minor is open to students in all schools and colleges within the university. The course array provides training and exploration in camera operations, film and print processing, digital imaging techniques, composition and image design, photojournalism, commercial photography, and fine art practice. REQUIRED: 24 credits including ART 160, 272, 274, 276, and 479; and electives in ART chosen from ART 373, 374, 376, 377, 473, 474, 475, 375 OR 379.
Photography Facilities
The photography complex, including a classroom, seminar room, negative processing and printing darkrooms, electronic imaging room and studio are located in Wing Technology Center. The facility is an active center open for student use from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10:00 to 4:00 on Friday.
