College of Business Administration Home
The
College of Business Administration (CBA) is professionally accredited
by AACSB
International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of
Business. The College
is dedicated to quality teaching, research and public service.
The CBA provides undergraduate and graduate programs in business that
give students a variety of career options. Many of our graduates seek
careers in commerce, industry and government, while others go on to
graduate school.
Typically, business students spend their first two years completing the university's general education requirements and introductory business courses. After being admitted to the program, students then complete a common core of business courses, as well as courses within an area of specialization that is their major. The CBA web site also includes information on student professional development.
The CBA has been accredited by AACSB International since 1982.
Why is this significant? The best faculty, the best students, the
best employers, and the best business recruiters in t
he world recognize
and seek out schools whose programs have earned AACSB International
accreditation. Only 5% of business school
programs worldwide meet the rigorous standards of this accreditation.
AACSB accreditation speaks of faculty scholarship, high-caliber teaching
of quality and current curricula, and meaningful interaction between
students and faculty. It tells prospective students, faculty,
business recruiters, and employers that this school produces graduates
who are prepared to succeed in the business world. Download
