69th meeting Oct 9 & 10

Abstract Submission is closed.

We will publish the abstracts in the meeting program. In order to make it easier for us to incorporate your abstract and author information we ask that you format and submit your abstract using the following guidelines:

The preferred file format is Microsoft Word.
Use Times new Roman, 12 point font.
Use 1-inch margins on all borders.
Text should be single-spaced and left justified.
Abstract text should contain no more than 250 words.

Oral presentation Awards
Oral presentations will be 10-12 minutes long with 3-5 minutes for questions (15 minutes total). Our set-up is Microsoft 2003 with a 2007 patch. Format your presentation accordingly. Students giving oral presentations will be eligible to win a cash award. The top three presenters in both the undergraduate and the graduate division will be honored during the Island Girl Dinner cruise.  All oral presenters will have their cruise fees paid for courtesy of an ASM Branch Funding grant.

Posters
Boards available are 4' by 3'. Materials for hanging the posters will be supplied on-site.
