Brief biography
Ashley teaches in the Department of Theatre & Dance. She works directly with the dance minors and teaches all the dance courses. She was the choreographer for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Cinderella here at UWL. This year, she will choreograph/direct the inaugural dance concert in February 2024.

Professional history
All genres of dance are incorporated into Ashley's professional experience. However, her expertise is in jazz and modern dance. She held company positions with Dancin’ Unlimited Jazz Dance Company, Dance Art Theater, and Exhale Dance Tribe. She has worked with choreographers such as Jon Lehrer, Tiffanie Carson, Marilyn York, Missy Hubbard, and Andrew Hubbard. Ashley received her MFA from the University of Arizona and her BFA from Radford University. In addition to her concert dance roots, she is passionate about musical theatre dance and has choreographed Chicago, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, James and the Giant Peach, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and Cinderella.
