Reapplying
Information reflects program's transition to PTCAS for 2012-13 application cycle.
Individuals reapplying for program admission are required to submit a full PTCAS application. The applicant's new, complete PTCAS application will include all required observations and references. Observations and references submitted during previous application cycles will not be included with an application for the 2012-13 cycle as these materials must now be completed through PTCAS. Official GRE scores previously submitted may be applied towards a new application.
