have been active duty ever since. I have been assigned
as an AG officer to USARPAC, FT. Shafer, HI, Heidelberg,
Germany, Human Resources Command, St. Louis, MO (now Ft.
Knox), Washington, DC, attended Resident CGSC at Ft.
Leavenworth (prior to it being ILE resident), United
States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations
Command (Airborne) USACAPOC (A) (2x), just to name a
few. I just returned from a 12 month deployment
supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom with 1st CORPS, Fort
Lewis, Washington where I was awarded the highest honor
of the Bronze Star!:)
Message to future Officers: Remain focused on your mission as a Cadet and keep your kitbag full of great ideas and lessons learned. What you learn as a Cadet will transfer over to your assignment once you commission as a 2LT….I encourage you all to maintain a balance between work and family, because at the end of the day, your family is the most important element of your life. Stay physically, mentally and spiritually fit to fight our Nations conflicts and defend and serve with honor. |
