Assistant professor, holds a doctorate degree in physics from the University of Minnesota.  She does research in physics education with an emphasis on problem solving.

Taviare Hawkins

Assistant professor, holds a doctorate degree in physics from Syracuse University.  Her biophysics research involves the dynamics of cellular structures called microtubules.
Dr. Seth King

Assistant professor, holds a doctorate degree in physics from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.  His research focuses on the growth and characterization of conductive oxides for applications in the next generation of solar cell devices.

Assistant professor, holds a doctorate degree in physics from the University of Kentucky.  Her research spans a variety of topics in nuclear physics.

T.A.K. Pillai

Professor, holds a doctorate degree from the University of Louisville. He conducts research in nondestructive evaluation of composite materials and supervises student research projects.

Professor, holds a doctorate degree in physics from the University of Massachusetts. He conducts theoretical research on spin transport in quantum fluids and solids, and computational research in biomechanics.

Associate professor, holds a doctorate degree in Astronomy from the University of California at Berkeley. Her research interests include pulsars and the interstellar medium.

Professor, holds a doctorate degree from the University of Idaho. He investigates molecular spectroscopy and supervises student research in laser, atomic and molecular spectroscopy.
