For International Applicants, complete applications
are due in the Office of International Education by:
July 15 for early admission
October 1 for general admission
In addition to the Physical Therapy program application and the
university application the following items are required:
- Test of
Spoken English (TSE) - minimum score of 45
- TOEFL - minimum score
of 600 (250 CBT)
- Review of degree/coursework from outside of the
United States by a professional credential evaluation service
such
as Education Credential
Evaluators, Inc or
World Education
Services.
International Applicants must use the
university application materials issued by the
UW-L Office
of International Education. The
physical therapy application materials, the university application
materials, and the items listed above should be submitted to:
