Video production is available to university units. Our video team, housed under University Marketing & Communications, can provide filming, editing and final production of your videos. Approved projects will meet the goals and objectives of University Marketing & Communications. Not every request can be fulfilled. Priority is given to requests that could be used to externally market the university to a wide audience.
You are highly encouraged to fill out the video project request form below, even if you have already been in contact with a member of our video team.

Priority is given to campus videography required for University Marketing & Communications, media and public relations, and student recruitment. Videography services can be provided to colleges, departments and units, subject to availability.
Guidelines for videography requests:
- Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance
- Submit your request here
- University Marketing & Communications reserves the right to prioritize projects
In addition to student data elements, UWL has designated photographs and video that are taken of students on campus and at university-sponsored activities as information that may appear in university publications, brochures, websites, social media, etc., without the written consent of students.
