Coin – 1827 Republica Mexicana

Coin – 1827 Republica Mexicana This 1827 Republica Mexicana coin was discovered during the excavation at Second Fort Crawford in 1999. US coins found at the fort discovered during the 1999 excavations range in date from 1828 to 1958, and the US military was mainly there from 1829 to 1856 with a short stint during the Civil War. The other foreign coin found in 1999 is a 1762 Spanish coin.
