What times do gates open? updated

Gates will open at 8:30 a.m. for D1 and 2:30 p.m. for D2/D3 on Friday, and 8:00 a.m. for all sessions on Saturday.

What is the carry in policy? updated

PERMITTED ITEMS

Bags no larger than 8.5” x 11”, clear totes no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, diaper bags (with child), binoculars, banners/flags/signs not on a stick, cameras (lenses no longer than 4”), seat cushions (not more than 16” wide), jackets, blankets, and items related to a medical condition.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Bags larger than 8.5” x 11” (including backpacks), alcohol, food, beverages, containers, coolers, drones, golf umbrellas (standard size is permissible), laser pointers, weapons, banners/flags/signs on a stick, noisemakers, inflatables, wagons, and any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate. Storage facilities are not available for checking prohibited items. Items left at gates will be disposed of accordingly. All items/spectators are subject to search.

Am I allowed to carry in food and/or drink? updated

There are no carry ins allowed, outside of items purchased from the on-site concessions tents. No coolers. Cash and Credit will be accepted.

Can I drink alcohol and/or smoke?

Drinking alcohol and smoking (including vapes) are prohibited.

Can I bring a backpack? updated

Backpacks must be no larger than 8.5 X 11". See additional details below:

Can I bring chair backs for the bleachers?

Yes, chair backs are allowed on the bleachers.

Yes, camping/bag chairs are allowed in the shot/discus area.

Can I bring a stroller and/or wagon? updated

Strollers are allowed, but subject to search. Wagons are not permitted.

What accessibility accommodations are there?
  • Elevator to 2nd floor of stadium
  • C-2 parking lot for handicap
  • Pavement all the way around the track, but there is varied terrain getting out to shot/discus

Can I bring an umbrella? updated

Normal sized umbrellas are okay, however golf umbrellas are prohibited.

Can I bring my animal? updated

Only medical-service animals are allowed in the stadium. Emotional support animals are not allowed.

Where is the lost and found?

The lost and found is located at the ticketing booth, at the entrance of Veterans Memorial Stadium. The exact location can be found on the WIAA Track & Field map (T).
