WIAA Permits

Coaches/Athletes will pay for parking online or with the Passport Parking mobile app. University Police and Parking Services staff will direct you to specific parking lots. 

Permits are required at the time you park. To avoid a citation, please purchase your permit before going to the stadium. We highly recommend advanced purchase of your permit online or use of the Passport Parking mobile app prior to arriving on campus.

Your license plate will be your permit so make sure that you accurately enter your vehicle information. 

**Teams staying in the residence halls should purchase the full meet permits using the Online Permit Purchase option.

Full Meet permits - $25 per car and $50 per bus/oversized vehicle (valid Thursday-Saturday). 

Day permits - $10 per car and $20 per bus/oversized vehicle. 

Bus parking - 16th Street, 17th Street, or East Avenue (north of La Crosse Street). Unattended buses parked in UWL lots will receive citations.

Bus loading/unloading zone - Pine Street on the south end of the track (see map).

Online Permit Purchase  

**Advanced Purchase Available (may purchase single days or full meet)

1. Select Permit Option, then Click Next
2. Add License Plate (change State if not WI)
3. Enter email address, then Click Next
4. Select and Enter Card or Bank Payment, then Click Pay
5. To purchase multiple permits, repeat steps 1-4

Passport Parking

**Day of Use Purchase Only 

Download the mobile app or pay online for your parking session prior to arriving to campus each day. The app does not include overnight parking. 

1. Select Zone
   351 Coaches/Athletes not staying on campus (valid in North Ramp, South Ramp, C-1, C-7, C-14, and R-8)
   450 Buses (valid on 16th St, 17th St, East Ave (north of La Crosse St), and C-5) 
   450 Oversized Vehicles (valid in C-1 and C-5) 
2. Enter vehicle information 
3. Enter payment information and Click Confirm Payment
