Checklist for preparing for your stay at UWL
- Complete the housing reservations form (NOT available for 2026 yet)
- Reservations for Reuter Hall will only be accepted for volunteers who are approved by WIAA.
- If you have a specific person you would like to be assigned with, please note this in the special accommodations or requests section of the registration form.
- Please submit reservations by Friday May 22, 2026 so that we can effectively meet all specific room assignment requests.
- If you need to cancel your room reservation, email wiaahousing@uwlax.edu by 10 a.m. on Tuesday June 2, 2026.
- Arrange your parking permit
Payment
Payment by credit card, cash or check is required at check-in. An ATM is available in the Student Union.
Reuter Hall housing rate: 2026 Rate not yet established
Reuter Hall Desk Hours (for check-in/checkout)
- Thursday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Friday: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Saturday: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
