Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week, Community Give Back

A student org event from Campus Activities Board

Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week, Community Give Back

Looking for a way to make a real impact on campus and in the community? Join us for a hands-on volunteer event during Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week!

What to Expect:

  • Learn about community resources that support folks facing food and housing insecurity.
  • Get trained in Narcan use—a quick, life-saving skill that helps prevent opioid overdose.
  • Pack hygiene kits for local warming shelters to support our neighbors during the cold months.

This is a great opportunity to connect with others, learn something new, and give back in a meaningful way. No experience needed—just bring your energy and willingness to help!

All students, faculty, and staff are welcome.

Co-sponsored by Campus Activities Board, Leadership and Involvement Center, and Peer Health Advocates
