The Anatomy of Trust

Join us in welcoming guest Speaker Maria Harris from Sentry! Trust is the foundation of strong relationships and effective teams, and impactful leadership. Based on Brené Brown’s research on the Anatomy of Trust, this session explores the BRAVING model—Boundaries, Reliability, Accountability, Vault, Integrity, Non-judgment, and Generosity—as a framework for building and sustaining trust. Through interactive discussions and small-group activities, participants will identify concrete actions they can take to strengthen trust in their personal and professional relationships. Room 260, Graff Main Hall on Tuesday, April 7th at 6:30 pm.
