What's New Wednesdays

How to talk politics and keep friends

How to talk politics and keep friends

With politics seeming to be as divided and negative as ever, it is often difficult to have conversations with people who disagree with us about political issues. In this session we will discuss why it is that politics can trigger so many hard feelings, and what we can do to make our conversations about politics more friendly and productive. Presented by Tim Dale, Professor, Department of Political Science and Public Administration.

While there is no cost for this session, we ask that you register so we know how many guests to expect. In addition, you will have the opportunity to submit questions for the presenter when you register. (All questions will remain anonymous.)
