Kitchen Quarantine: Global Meets Local

Cuisines evolve and change over time through travel, family traditions, and the discovery of new ingredients.  Learn about one local woman's foodways and how international flavors and family history have influenced her culinary style. Join us for a meal kit and cooking demonstration featuring Chef, Restaurateur, Community Organizer, and Urban Planner Adrian Lipscombe from Uptowne Café & Bakery! Special co-host, UWL Provost Betsy Morgan!

Meal kits for the event will be available in both La Crosse (Uptowne Cafe & Bakery) and Madison (Pasture & Plenty). If you are not in the La Crosse or Madison areas you can purchase a digital recipe, which will include a provision list and recipes, so you can buy ingredients and cook along
