Description
Join Outdoor Connection as we travel west to explore vast deserts and hike through iconic canyons! This spring break we will be traveling to Utah and Arizona to see Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Lake Powell, Glen Canyon, and many more beautiful landscapes. Camp under a star filled sky and watch dramatic sunsets and sunrises over breath taking landscapes. Get the chance to hike through Antelope Canyon and see the iconic Horseshoe Bend. If exploring and adventure is your vibe, this is the trip meant for you!

Student Pricing: $775 through Feb. 27th; $825 from Feb. 28th-Mar. 6th
General Public Pricing: $825 through Feb. 27th; $875 from Feb.28th-Mar. 6th

Price Includes
Transportation, meals while camping, all group equipment, permits, and the adventure of a lifetime.

Registration
All trips and clinics are based on a first come first, served basis. A non-refundable $350.00 deposit is required for this spring break trips. Register at the Outdoor Connection or at https://recsports.uwlax.edu.

Refunds

The Outdoor Connection incurs, in advance, certain expenses related to each trip, such as contracted guides, facility reservations, and specialized equipment purchases or rental.  Paying the deposit allows individuals to register and claim their spot on the trip listed here.  By paying the $375 deposit, you have committed to attending the trip and paying any balance 7 days before the departure day.  After submitting this payment, we will contact you via email/phone with further information and steps related to this trip. 

Please note the following refund and cancellation policy:  

-A $375 deposit is required prior to registration with the balance due 1 weeks prior to the departure date

-Cancellations greater than or equal to 30 days will receive a full refund minus the Rec Sports $35 administrative fee.  

-Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the trip departure will receive a full refund minus the $375 deposit.   


Eligibility
UW-L students always have priority, however, when possible faculty/staff and the general public are eligible. Registration fees are higher for non-students.

Activity Rating
This trip is considered moderatly strenuous and one will need to be in very good physical condition to participate.
