Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program

2027-28 Application Deadline

Fulbright U.S. Scholar Awards give opportunities to U.S. citizens to teach, research and carry out professional projects around the world.

The competition offers over 380 individual awards in more than 130 countries.

Webinar: Global Hidden Gems of the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Competition for 2027-28

While some of them are widely known, others simply do not garner as much attention. Join this presentation to hear more about awards considered by program staff to be Fulbright's  "hidden gems" of the competition. Our speakers will demystify award requirements, share tips for applying, and answer applicant questions live. If you're interested in Fulbright but flexible on which award you might pursue, this webinar is for you!
