In celebration of the 60th International Banquet IEE made a cookbook!
Many UWL students, staff, and alumni shared recipes that are close to their hearts (and maybe more importantly, their stomachs) to help create this cookbook.
You’ll find over 40 international recipes like German Spätzle, French Tartiflette, and Pakistani Kheer each one a flavorful glimpse into its country of origin.
"Celebrating 60 Years of University of Wisconsin - La Crosse’s International Banquet! What began as a humble dinner with our international student organization has blossomed into an annual night of joy, culture, and connection. This cookbook is a testament to that journey, filled with recipes that represent the diverse and vibrant international ties of UWL."
The cookbooks are available to purchase in International Education & Engagement, 1140 Centennial Hall, for $20.
