If you are passionate about student learning and interested in thinking outside the box, trying new things, and are willing to experiment in the context of information literacy instruction, this position may be for you. Murphy Library at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is reimagining how academic libraries facilitate an information literate student body. This position is one of four faculty librarians who form an Information Literacy Team directly involved with our multifaceted approach to revitalizing and reshaping how and what libraries deliver regarding information literacy.
As a member of the Library Department, you will participate in reference services, collection development, and information literacy instruction. This is a 9-month, tenure-track faculty position with expectations for librarianship, scholarship, and service.
