The return prompted them to reflect on their college art classes. “I think my art classes at UWL gave me a venue to explore those passions and provided me with a community of people who were open and willing to talk about social issues,” says Meulendyke.

Read more about Team spirit is the ticket Jerome Johnson, a former UWL admissions counselor, is currently a librarian for the Milwaukee Public Schools where he supervises five school libraries. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree from South Carolina State University. He was one credit short of earning his degree in College Student Personnel at UWL.
