A male a cappella musical group from UW-Madison will bring their voices and personalities to UW-La Crosse.
The UW-MadHatters will perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, on Eagle and Coate Fields. The rain site is Valhalla, Cartwright Center-Gunning Addition.
The MadHatters group has been performing for sold out crowds since 1997 when it was founded in Madison. With 15 talented singers and a vocal percussionist, they have recorded one live and three studio albums. The premier men’s a cappella group of UW-Madison has travelled throughout the U.S. and Mexico and won multiple recording awards, including a Best of College A Cappella (BOCA) award in 2002 for a track off their first CD, “State Street.” Their musical repertoire includes both songs of decades past and today’s Top 40.
