UW-L Art Professor Joel Elgin stopped to chat with UW-L students Landen and Pat as they had their morning coffee at a small snow sculpture they built near Cartwright Center. The recreation management majors were squeezing in a little more rec time before classes started up again on Jan. 26. It was a balmy 28 degrees F at UW-L.
