Tom Marshall,’64, a member of the UW-L Alumni Association, signed up for insurance through Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. about a year ago. He had read about the partnership between Liberty Mutual and the UW-L Alumni Association to provide alumni a special discounted rate on home and auto insurance. After seeking quotes, Marshall insured both his condo and two cars with Liberty Mutual.
“I was surprised how much I could save,” says Marshall. “It’s a nice perk for UW-La Crosse alumni.”
While the savings was a perk, he also had a good impression after speaking with Liberty Mutual staff.
“The office I worked with here in Fitchburg was very friendly and seemed to care about me and my family —not just selling insurance,” says Marshall.
