Registration opens Feb. 10
Starting this fall, the UW-La Crosse Campus Child Center will partner with the School District of La Crosse to offer 4K programming at the center.
Members of the UWL community who have children enrolled at the center can register for the program by contacting Campus Child Center Director Ashley Franzo (afranzo@uwlax.edu), who will provide information about enrollment opportunities. Registration opens Feb. 10.
This partnership builds on the Campus Child Center’s existing relationship with the school district, which has included district staff visiting the center to provide educational services to children in the center’s care.
Similar to other 4K offerings in the district, 4K programming at the Campus Child Center will prioritize hands-on, playful learning to foster learning and social and emotional development.
The 4K program at the Campus Child Center will be overseen by Jodi Strong, who currently teaches in the center’s 4-year-old room.
