UW-L Foundation small grants, travel award applications due March 27
Funds for instruction, research and public service projects are available for July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016, through a Foundation Small Grant. Any member of the university community may apply for a small grant for a wide variety of projects. Grant information, application forms and a list of awards for the 2014 -15 year are available online. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 27. Read more »

'Chasing the Ghost Particle — Searching for Neutrinos' is March Public Program; No Album Encounters March 20
The Planetarium’s Public Program for March is "Chasing the Ghost Particle — Searching for Neutrinos." The talk, followed by a multimedia audiovisual presentation, will be at 1 p.m. Saturdays, March 21 and 28. Admission is $3 for students, seniors and children, and $5 for others. UW-L's Awareness through Performance troupe seeks students who want to promote social justice, increase awareness of diversity issues, and create a more inclusive society to apply for ATP. Applications for the fall 2015 troupe are accepted from Friday, March 20-Monday, March 30. Required time commitment for members is 11 days, mostly before classes begin.
