Ten challengers will compete in the 2013 Coulee Region Chili Challenge from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Eagle’s Nest.
UW-La Crosse students will offer a bowl of chili for a good cause, just in time as the weather turns cooler.
Ten challengers will compete in the 2013 Coulee Region Chili Challenge from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Eagle’s Nest, 1914 Campbell Road. The chili challengers will represent the university community groups, such as the swim team, Communication Studies Club, Finance Club and the Vanguards.
Admission is $5 a person and includes chili tasting and ranking. The event is open to the public. All proceeds will benefit the Coulee Region Humane Society. A raffle will be held at 7 p.m. for a Samsung Galaxy Tablet.
