The UW-L Alumni Association raised more than $14,000 to support programming, the Lantern magazine and Legacy scholarships during the annual golf outing Wednesday, Aug. 13.

[/caption]Cedar Creek Golf Club was host to 135 golfers who hit the links on Wednesday, Aug. 13, to raise funds to support the UW-L Alumni Association. “This is our major fundraising event of the year,” notes Janie Spencer, executive director. “Thanks to the golfers, sponsors and volunteers, the Alumni Association raised more than $14,000 to support programming, the Lantern magazine and our Legacy scholarships.” Mark your calendars for next year, Aug. 12, 2015!
