Alumni and friends from around the world are invited to participate, whether at a course in Onalaska, Wis., Florida or Japan.
Local outing: In its 24th year, the local outing is a five-person golf scramble at Cedar Creek in Onalaska. Registration is $125 per golfer and includes: lunch, 18 holes of golf with a cart, special edition UW-L polo shirt, team photo, beverages on the course, special hole events, dinner and a raffle with great prizes.
Global outing: The global outing can take place anywhere in the world! Golfers set their own tee times, golf with alumni and friends in their area and receive a special edition UW-L polo shirt and a 2013 alumni bag tag. The fee for the global golf is just $50 per person.
In 2012, more than $14,000 was raised to support the Alumni Association’s legacy scholarships, the Lantern magazine, the Etiquette Dinner, Countdown to Commencement, alumni reunions and much more.
