A public meeting to present the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for UW-L's new residence hall project will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, in Port O’ Call, Cartwright Center-Gunning Addition. Representatives of UW-L, Residence Life, UW System Administration, the Division of State Facilities, Ayres Associates and the A/E design team are presenting the meeting. A description of the project will be presented. The State of Wisconsin has retained Ayres Associates to prepare the EIS for the new residence hall. The Final EIS Document is available for public review and comment at Murphy Library, at the La Crosse Public Library and online at http://www.ayresprojectinfo.com/UWL-New-Residence-Hall-EIS. Anyone should identify support, issues or concerns they believe should be addressed in the Final Record of Decision for the proposed project orally or in writing by July 14.
