Eleven graduating seniors will showcase their best work in the annual spring senior exhibition.

The exhibition opens with a reception from 4-6 p.m. Friday, April 17, in the University Art Gallery, Center for the Arts. The show runs through Friday, May 8. The reception and show are free.

Each spring, seniors in the capstone art course are asked to present a small body of work of their personal growth as an artist that signifies a specific area of interest. This year, the works include two and three-dimensional work featuring painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, ceramics, sculpture, jewelry/metalsmithing, mixed design, media works and more.
The exhibit is supported by the UW-L College of Liberal Studies and Student Association.
Regular gallery hours are noon-8 p.m. Mondays-Thursday, noon-5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and during events in Toland Theater. The gallery is also open by appointment. For more information, call the Art Department at 608.785.8230.
