Come join Mindful Souls for a Halloween celebration! ✨

At this event, we will be enjoying some Halloween vibes by coloring some coloring pages that are Halloween-themed. As well as listening to some fun Halloween jams and eating some snacks, and enjoying some cider (non-alcoholic). We will also be having a little crystal bag giveaway. Make sure to be in attendance to give yourself a chance to win!

Tuning into our mindfulness, we will also be offering an activity we call Leaves of Release! This is where we will be coloring leaves and either writing on them or giving them the intention of things we want to let go of or release. 

Take the creation with you to release it in your own way, or LEAF it with us to release what you would like to leave behind this fall.
