Ask a Surgeon: Inflammation, Immunity, and Life in the OR

A student org event from ImmunoLens

Ask a Surgeon: Inflammation, Immunity, and Life in the OR

Ever wonder what chronic inflammation actually looks like on a surgeon's table?

ImmunoLens presents Ask a Surgeon — an evening with Dr. Smith, a hepatobiliary and general surgeon, covering how autoimmune and inflammatory disease shapes surgical decision-making, from PSC to IBD to what happens when the body won't stop attacking itself. Then the floor opens up — ask him anything.

Spencer, a surgical resident, will share what the road from pre-med to residency genuinely looks like.
