UWL Orchestra Concert

Clima(C)tic

UWL Symphony Orchestra, Conducted by Dr. Justin Davis Presents: Clima(C)tic on Sunday, October 17th @2PM in Annett Recital Hall. 

This performance will feature Elegy for the End of Nature by Guest Composer Steve Danyew, Danzon No. 2 by Arturo Marquez, Concerto in G:Allegro K.313 by W.A. Mozart and Prelude and Fugue for Strings by our own Dr. David Phipps. It will also feature student flute soloist Sydney Paradise. This performance is FREE and Open to the Public. Attendees are required to abide by UWL's mask mandate. Masks must cover nose and mouth whenever inside UWL buildings.

A note from the Music Department: In acknowledgement and support of the grief and healing related to the recent death of Wind Ensemble member, Nic Petersen, the Music Department has canceled Saturday's Wind Ensemble performance. We will hold the Symphony Orchestra performance, Clima(c)tic, on Sunday as planned.
