Where to stay in La Crosse (area lodging information)
Parking Information
During Family Weekend (October 8-10, 2021), you may park in campus lots after 2pm on Friday, October 8 until 2pm on Sunday, October 10 during the day without a permit. This includes both Residential (lots marked with R) and Commuter (lots marked with C). Space in our Residential Lots is very limited, please only park there for a limited amount of time (ie: taking items up to your student’s room) and then move your vehicle to a Commuter Lot. Overnight parking is not permitted in either type of lot without a permit. You are welcome to purchase a weekend pass for overnight parking ($5/night) if you need one. The best way to do this is for your student to visit Parking Services with the license plate of the vehicle in advance of it's arrival.

This schedule is tentative. Final schedules will be printed and provided at Family Weekend check-in.
** BINGO EVENT is full to capacity - no further tickets sales.
** Due to overwhelming interest in the Guided Hikes and trailhead parking limitations, we are unable to provide a guided experience. Instead, we invite you to spend time exploring our trail networks, parks, and river systems with your family. All Resources Information and links will be provided at Check-in and Guided Hike Update.
REC Guest Passes
Recreational Eagle Center guest fees are waived and all ages are welcome (exception: minimum age of 16 in the Fitness Center).
Building Hours:
- Friday 10/8: 6:00am – 11:00pm
- Saturday 10/9: 10:00am – 10:00pm
- Sunday 10/10: 11:00am – 10:00pm
